Preventing Radicalisation (The Prevent Duty) is included within this course.
The Safeguarding Children module is a comprehensive coverage of the subject, rather than just a simple introduction to Safeguarding. It includes topics such as The Impact of Maltreatment, Types of Abuse, Physical Abuse, Emotional Abuse, Sexual Abuse, Sexual Exploitation and Neglect, in addition to exploring Sources of Stress, Social Exclusion and the effects of Poverty.
